Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by Blarumo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our platform.
If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of Blarumo's platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Our Services
Blarumo provides AI-powered business solutions designed to help companies automate operations, improve customer engagement, and streamline workflows. Our services include:
- AI Automation: Intelligent systems that automate repetitive business tasks and workflows
- AI Chatbots: Custom-built smart chatbots that handle customer interactions 24/7
- Business & Payment Systems: Integrated dashboards and payment setups tailored to your business
- Consultation & Support: Ongoing technical support and strategic guidance
Blarumo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice to active clients.
User Accounts
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Blarumo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Payments & Billing
All payments for Blarumo's services are subject to the following terms:
- Fees are agreed upon before project commencement and outlined in your service agreement
- Payments are due as per the schedule specified in your individual contract
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing prior to payment
- Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice for ongoing services
For custom project work, a deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use Policy
By using Blarumo's services, you agree NOT to:
- Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of our AI systems
- Use our chatbots or automation tools to spread spam or misinformation
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Use our services in any way that could harm Blarumo's reputation
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, technology, AI models, code, designs, and materials created by Blarumo remain the exclusive intellectual property of Blarumo unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
- Custom deliverables (chatbots, dashboards, automation workflows) built for you become your property upon full payment
- Our underlying AI frameworks, tools, and proprietary systems always remain Blarumo's property
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our systems without written permission
The Blarumo name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of Blarumo and may not be used without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to:
- Business strategies, financial data, and operational processes
- Client lists, customer data, and proprietary workflows
- Technical specifications, API credentials, and system architecture
- Any information explicitly marked as confidential by either party
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of services and remains in effect indefinitely.
Disclaimers
Blarumo's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties that:
- Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times
- AI-generated outputs will always be 100% accurate or suitable for every purpose
- Results from automation or chatbot services will meet all specific business expectations
We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on AI-generated data or automation outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before acting on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blarumo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss or corruption of data
- Business interruption caused by service downtime
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
In all cases, Blarumo's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the three months preceding the claim.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:
- By You: You may cancel ongoing services with 14 days' written notice. Completed work and deposits are non-refundable.
- By Blarumo: We may terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in harmful conduct.
- Mutual Agreement: Services may be terminated by mutual written agreement at any time.
Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. Blarumo will provide you with any deliverables completed up to the termination date upon receipt of payment.
Changes to These Terms
Blarumo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify active clients via email for significant changes
- Post a visible notice on our website for at least 30 days
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
