At Blarumo, we take great pride in the quality of our AI automation services. We work hard to ensure every client receives exactly what was promised — on time and to the highest standard.

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds, how to request one, and what to expect during the process.

Because our services are digital and custom-built, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We always aim to find a fair resolution for both parties.

02 — Digital Services

Nature of Our Digital Services

All services provided by Blarumo — including AI chatbots, business automation systems, WhatsApp/email automation, and custom AI agents — are digital, custom-built deliverables.

Because significant time, skill, and resources go into building each solution, the following applies:

  • Services are non-returnable once work has commenced
  • Deposits paid before project start are non-refundable in most cases
  • Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable unless a clear service failure occurred
  • Subscription-based services may be cancelled going forward but past billing is non-refundable

03 — Eligible Refunds

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • We failed to deliver the agreed service within the stated timeline with no valid reason
  • The delivered work does not match the agreed scope outlined in writing
  • A technical error on our end caused complete project failure
  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment before any work has started
  • Duplicate payment was made accidentally
✗ Not Eligible
  • Work has already started or been delivered
  • You changed your mind after project commencement
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control
  • You did not provide required information on time, causing delays
  • The service met agreed specifications but did not meet personal expectations
04 — Non-Refundable

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Setup & Onboarding Fees: One-time fees charged for account setup and project initiation
  • Consultation Fees: Any paid strategy or consultation sessions already conducted
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs paid to third-party tools or platforms on your behalf (API fees, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Completed Milestones: Any milestone or phase that has been completed and approved by you
  • Rush Fees: Additional fees charged for expedited delivery
  • Partially Used Services: Any service that has been partially delivered or used

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Attach any relevant evidence — screenshots, communication records, or project files — that support your refund claim.

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with a decision or request for additional information.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
06 — Timeline

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal / Digital Wallet: 1–3 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds in crypto are subject to current exchange rates at time of refund

Blarumo is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

07 — Disputes

Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.

  • Contact us first — we resolve most disputes within 48 hours
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services
  • If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it with full documentation
  • Fraudulent chargeback claims may be reported to relevant authorities

We are always willing to find a fair solution. Your satisfaction matters to us — please reach out before escalating.

Blarumo reserves the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
